My experience with #10 was a good ride for me. There were computer glitches a few times. They were corrected promptly. At Christmas one year I received a call that someone had tried to break in my unit. If there wasn't a live on the premises person checking the units everyday they might have come back with charged up tools to finish the job. I was so thankful that day, I put a new round lock on it, and never had anymore attempts. I must say the current Manager, Brandon was a God send for me, he went the extra mile when I needed some help. He is very conscientious of his renters and will be there for you if need be. Great job Brandon!

I needed some items out of my storage unit and asked for assistance. Brandon was willing to help and not only help, he arranged the storage unit so next time I needed something, it would be easier to reach and nothing would fall and hurt me. I am so thankful for him!!!! This has been the BEST Customer Service I have received in a long time! I will now only use this storage facility for my storage needs. The rent prices are pretty reasonable and don't seem to escalate like a lot of other places. With a different storage company, securecare, there were constant bad surprises, including break-ins, frequent price increases, and spraydust. Here Brandon is as accommodating and thorough as possible.
