Extra storage space is awesome! I had went to my storage unit & I didn’t lock it back correctly, they realized that my unit was unlocked & they immediately called me to let me know. I am grateful & more so appreciate that they take the time to check & make sure everyone belongings are safe & secure. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to get a storage unit!
ChristinaReally good experience with this storage facility so far. The employees are always pleasant and helpful, the building and units are clean, I haven’t had any issues with bugs, and the area feels safe whenever I visit. They also helped me when my storage unit door got jammed. One thing I really appreciated is that they do regular lock checks. They contacted me when my unit wasn’t locked correctly. They even offered to replace the lock and secure the unit for me if I couldn’t make it there in time. I really appreciate how seriously they take security. Overall, solid customer service and a well-maintained facility!
