Clean and perfect size
We need a climate controlled storage unit to store some valuable items that are sensitive to climate changes. The price of this space was by far the cheapest and the customer service was exceptional. When we finally arrived at the right location the unit was very clean and they also put a lock for us inside since we didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have a padlock with us. It was easy to locate and except for a small issue of no ramp (just a small step into the facility) it was easy to load things and transfer everything g from our truck to the unit. The follow up was exceptional and everything was take care over the phone and through email. I highly recommend this facility.

Becca SchreiberI also work in Property Management, so I don’t typically have the availability to call or stop into the office. I was double charged for my monthly payment earlier this week, and planned to give them a call on my lunch break today. Linda actually beat me to it and left me a voicemail this morning about the double charge. Once I was able to call her back, she informed me that her District Manager reached out to her about the issue, and they could either refund my card directly or credit my account for the following month. I also had to stop into the office today for an unrelated matter, and Linda knew exactly what I was there for as soon as I told her my name. Shoutout to the DM for either catching the double charge, or reading the web request I submitted through the email receipt and communicating it to on-site staff so quickly. Big shoutout to Linda for her kindness and customer service!
