Getting a unit was fast and easy, love that it's behind a locked gate! If you want a secure place for you stuff to stay while you figure things out this is your place!!

The property is modern...clean...well secured and maintained. Entry into the facility is quick and easy. The unit i rented eas easy to find and well lit at night. It was also very clean. Theroll up door worked perfectly. I do have one small critque if thats what u wanna call it its this. The slide-lock mechanism on the roll up door is a bit different than what iv used in the past in the way of the type of lock it is compatable with. Believe it or not iv bought 3 different very expensive padlocks in the last 3 days and i kid u not ill be buying a forth tomorrow after work AGAIN because not 1 of the 1st 3 would work. I mean it is what it is but it wouldnt be a bad idea to include the required lock specs in the move-in emails. And if this info does appear somewhere and iv over-looked it then please accept my apology because thats certainly possible. Bottom line... im gonna give em 5 stars or 2 thumbs up whichever they prefer lol.

It's extremely inconvenient to not have staff on site, but only through an online kiosk. At the very least, someone should physically be there for a few hours a day.

It would be much easier if there was an actual person on site to ask for assistance. Otherwise, it's the est price I have found, and seems to be secure.
