I rented a 10 x 15 unit for about 18 months. At the start, I received a fairly competitive rate, paying around $120/month. For a climate controlled environment, it was pretty decent for Strongsville, OH. However, after about 6 months the rate increased further, and after 12 months the rate was unbearably overpriced ($340/month, almost a 300% increase!!!), leading me to exit. I have nothing but positive things to say about the gentleman who staffs the location at Strongsville, but CubeSmart management better get a clue. This is NOT how you run a successful business, by hiking up rates so that everyone is forced to leave. I strongly recommend interested parties look elsewhere for their storage needs, unless you want the same to happen to you.
