A Few Hiccups But Clean
There were a few issues with door entering the storage facility, but overall it is clean & staff friendly.

Well I came on a Friday and came in it was 5:52 P.M. and the young lady was waiting on a costumer that was almost finish and she said we are closing? I always thought that as long as you make it in that door before they lock it they are dispose to wait on you? I did come back the next day and get a place to put my things! But the more I think about costumer service I hate did not go elsewhere? The Saturday the door got frozen to go in and out and the worker kept having to get on a ladder ? She was too old to be doing that? Then I go back today and you could only use the small door to go in! I will make sure I get my things out sooner than later? My first experience and it’s kind of new! To much money to be having those kind of issues! I am an educator and I am going to let my coworkers know????

Joey SlaterI would definitely recommend using CubeSmart on Mayfield. They kept furniture from our family for a few months before we moved out. Everything was safe and secure. When we moved out, Amy was helpful in the process. There was plenty of space to fit our truck and enough equipment and elevators to move everything. If you need a place to store, use CubeSmart on Mayfield.
