We use this storage place for work. I came today to use the drive in garage door right by the main doors because that’s closest to our unit and it appears a female employees car is parked in there. They are pulled all the way up to the left but not knowing if it’s a chstomer or not I didn’t want to block them in so I had to park and walk through the snow to get the door. I waited about 15-20 minutes to see if it was a customer and if they were moving and they did not. I find it a little rude if it was a workers Car in there, they could atleast put a note saying we can pull in behind them if that’s the case. It was a black suv with a believe a yankee candle air freshener and a disco ball hanging from the mirror. I proceeded to wait 15-20 minutes after I was done to see if they came back to the car and moved it or not and they did not. I also didn’t see anyone else in the units besides myself and the workers.

I was storing a lot of wood items and antiques here. Everything was perfect. The staff was always helpful and attentive. The facility is THEE cleanest I've ever been in or have used. Also, top notch security system (double locking and codes). I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that has items that need to be stored well. 10 /10!

Security Self Storage in Solon, Ohio is not one, but THE BEST STORAGE FACILITY EVER!!!!! The facility is clean, climate controlled, and has carpet in each unit! SSC have a 2 lock security system on each unit. The 1st lock of course is your personal lock and as an added bonus, they have an electronic locking system that ensures all units are locked nightly creating two security measures for your valuables. To top things off, the staff is AWESOME! I had the pleasure of working with Bob and he provided top notch customer service! Security Self Storage is highly recommended!! Thank you Bob for making my moving transition a pleasant one! - Fancy Approved!

I couldn’t be more happier with Security Self Storage. I own a restaurant and have been using them for 2 years now. They store my patio equipment over the winter and scheduling pick and delivery of the furniture is super smooth and easy. I currently have upgraded to using them all year for extra storage. I had a great experience with Bob renting a storage unit at Security Self Storage. On the day of move in, I met the owner, Norm, who was extremely professional in welcoming me to the facility and offered whatever help I might require. The storage facility is much different than other storage facilities in Solon. Security Self Storage has great climate controlled units with air conditioning, humidity control and heat. The thermostats are easily viewed and placed throughout the facility for more accurate climate control. The other storage facility in Solon claims to be climate controlled but only offers heat in a more industrial setting. Our unit was brand new, exceptionally clean, carpeted and well lit. I was also impressed with the advanced security system on each unit.
