The employees here are the kindest most helpful people. My grandmother rents a unit here and when there was some misunderstandings due to her very elderly age, they were SOOOOOO helpful. Mike is amazing! There is also another woman who helped us the first time who was extremely kind and patient. Thank you to the employees here. Not everyone is so kind and patient and understanding. You're AWESOME!
JenniferThe customer service clerk was friendly and very helpful. The drive to the storage space had been plowed, but that pushed all the snow up against the doorways making it very difficult to get in or out of the space without a shovel.

Kaitlin KowalskiI’ve had my stuff in there less than a year and I recently stopped by to check it and so many boxes and bags have been chewed through and I’ve been finding decomposing rodents all over my unit. There’s rodent poop all over EVERYTHING in my unit. Also some of my stuff has been water damaged. I’m very disappointed because about 2 years ago I had another unit here and I had no problems. I’ve had to throw away sentimental things because they’re damaged or chewed.
