Very nice
No complaints very clean and love that there is an elevator to get to the second floor
Worth it!
Customer service was great. I was shown around the facility and where different entrances were. The unit is spacious and clean. The only thing was there were no carts available on the first floor. Not sure where they all were. Luckily our unit isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t far from a door to carry heavy items in.

Nice place but can’t get answers.
I’ve had my storage unit for 3 days now and I’ve been there 3 times, never saw 1 employee. I’ve called 8 times and I’ve only talked with 1 employee 1 time. The first time I was there, I couldn’t even find the unit because it was in a different part of the building (the mezzanine) which I had no idea about because the link to their map they emailed, doesn’t work. I had no idea if I’m parked in the right place or if there’s an easier way to go. The cargo elevator is very small on that side, not even big enough to fit the cart. Other than that….. the entire building is very clean, oversized garage door that would fit literally any vehicle, and my unit was cleaned and inspected before I got there and that employee did a great job! Don’t know if I’ll stay another month after this or not tbh.

Very thorough and courteous walkthrough of the facility, and well-detailed explanation of the rental criteria. Peter was patient and took extra time to cover Q&A respectfully. Process was somewhat rushed but not of negative impact to the experience. Drive-up availability is a major plus, especially with weather changes and accessibility.

Peter was most excellent in his customer service, very courteous, answering my questions, and explaining all of the details. He took me on a tour, and showed me several options. I was also very impressed with how clean the facility was. There was also a second employee that answered questions and was very pleasant to speak to. Nick KolozsiI’ve been working with the employees of ProSafe on Broadview Rd in Parma for over 6 months. Tanya and Peter helped me initially reserve a 10x15, then a couple months later found a smaller 10x10 space a few units away, for a quick and easy move when it was time to downgrade. And this month, once again they helped me with my move into a smaller 10x5, again just a few units away from my last unit. They both have been wonderful to work with, very helpful and understanding with anything I needed. I would highly recommend ProSafe to anyone who needs a storage unit.

I needed to add or get a larger unit and Peter was absolutely fantastic and walked me through unit sizes and costs and got me a unit that worked for me size and price wise.
