Got my unit yesterday to park my Classic car for the winter. Great location, easy access. Locked gate with your combination to open and close. Set up my auto payment for no worries to be billed. Plenty of Security Cameras around the whole facility!!!

The owner Brian was very professional and wanted to make sure I didn't have any questions. Plus i received a military discount We may end up moving our household items when we move here from Florida. Recommend this company for renting a storage unit.
Derrick ColemanLost all my stuff in a fire because they decided to let a homeless man live there and his kerosene heater spilled over burning up my stuff and some other persons car. So them saying that they got 24hr security don't mean anything at all. The owner just care about the money not your stuff. The owner didn't even apologize to me even after talking face to face. Take your stuff somewhere else and make sure you have insurance on your belongings. The manager is a good guy, but the owner. Nah.

AlexI was a customer of Lake Self Store for over 7 years. I rented both an outdoor storage unit and parking space. The outdoor storage unit got completely infested with stink bugs. When I terminated my parking space rental, the worker stated I would get a pro-rated refund. I never saw the refund on my card that they had been auto running for years. Upon calling the office, the manager said the worker wasn’t authorized to provide the refund and he would not honor it. As a good customer of 7 years I would expect them to honor the refund that their employee said I would receive. 3 stars because their facility is secure.
