Perfect! No mildew, very clean, well lit, manager on premises. Very quick, professional check in, moved right in! I chose this unit despite the 1/2 hour drive because of how clean it is, no must/mildew, very bright inside, not a huge facility, feels much safer as the door to the office has a window and it's not some big, old warehouse. Price is average. Manager (Anna) is excellent!

I originally rented a 5 x 10 unit and the lady in the office was very nice and helpful. Quickly discovered that I had rented too small of a unit. The same lady made the switch effortlessly and with a smile. Great customer service and I'd recommend Public Storage to anyone. Thanks for making the experience a pleasant one. Mike Ward

BEWARE…. i’m renting from the one on Wooster Pike. I’ve only been in there two months and they’ve raised the rate twice. I started out at $88. The next month they raised it to $119 and today they raised it to $171. Needless to say I will be moving out. They are robbing people and there is never anyone in the office. They don’t return phone calls if they do they have no clue what they’re talking about. They can’t even answer your questions. The guy just agreed with everything I said. he said he was new go figure

I tried to call yesterday and there was no one there she took the initiative to call me back to help me out. That is above and beyond what her job entails and I'm so grateful. I was in a tough spot and needed the help.
