Tyler SMy brother & I had storage with them for years and when I went to move out of my unit this past December I moved most of the items one weekend & left it unlocked because it’s a gated place and I figured it would be safe. A couple days later management called saying they noticed my unit was left unlocked and I said I’d be coming back for the rest of my belongings before the end of the month which I had paid for. I came back the day following Christmas and all my items were gone including a head board to a $9,000 bedroom set. Management said that their maintenance man cleared out my belongings. In the process of trying to get my items back the district manager called refusing to take full responsibility and offering me a month in free storage to replace the headboard. They had the maintenance man bring my shelf back all scratched up. Terrible upper management.
Stacy CThey are raising prices just " because they can" (supply a n d demand) they charge me $31 then increases it to $43 all while quoting someone else &60 at another location. I think there's some gauging going on and will pull my rv out ASAP. It was nice while it lasted
