Good but didn't need a lock
Everything was good expect for they gave me a lock without asking me if I needed one, so I have an extra one.
Nice facility ~ not best side of town.
On move-in day pest control was spraying for cockroaches. Not best part of town. A homeless guy urinated beside my car in parking lot while I was moving in. I met 3 staff members & all were great & very accommodating. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m sure every facility deals with pests at one point. This facility is only a year old. Hoping attention is given regularly & facility is sprayed often.

Just left here ended up speaking with Michelle she did a great job! They had some issues with the storage that I originally booked so they were able to prorate a larger storage for me. They did a great job giving adequate and full information the process was very easy and straightforward. They have indoor and outdoor units available. But ultimately this is a storage so keep that in mind but based on my experiences with prior storages when I've encountered similar situations they weren't as accommodating! Check them out

As well as been able to helped w my billing or any issues i had. All was resolved within the phone. I never had to all several times to get it resolved. One phone call and she resolved it.
