Mini Mall Storage - Little Hocking

We rented the unit online but had to go to the office to get the gate codes and lock code. After driving to the gate, no office, we went to Belpre office which was not open Saturday at 3 despite the sign saying they were open, we then went to Parkersburg and were able to get the unit paid for and a code. We proceeded to drive to the storage facility and the gate code did not work. We had to call several numbers and finally found a guy who could help us. We got a code and they gave us the lock code. We wasted over 2 hours on Saturday due to this. I did give it 4 stars for the cleanliness and the phone customer service. My recommendation is that they update signs and hours and for customers not to rent on a weekend.
