So i had went tk go get a storage as one does and when I did the gate was left open from the lady who went in so I thought I had to go in too to check out after registration. But ended up stuck and confused. So I called coustmer service and they where very helpful with figure out how to pay and do it the right way. And it took I kid you not 5 mins to help me get one and get a code set upГ°ЕёЛњЕ

While my son was home from school in Ohio, I rented a storage unit for him. We cleared out the storage unit on March 16th, but the company fraudulently charged my account an excessive amount without my permission, far exceeding our original payment. I spoke with management, and they resolved the issue, adjusting my balance to $0.00. A new payment plan was subsequently put in place. We had a prior business relationship with Mr. Matthew, but since the business was sold, I have experienced difficulties with the new management. I advise others to exercise caution to avoid similar problems.
Charles BuderAbsolutely the worst customer service I’ve dealt with in sometime. I was late paying by 10 days. After I paid, I went to my unit to find my lock cut off and items removed. I’ve called several time and all there “customer service” people can do is send an message. They have no information about the insurance they make you buy, no one calls you back.

The unit is clean the grounds are clean.I also love the fact this is supporting local business owners and not megacorp franchises. Laurea ColeThey just had to raise their prices but they're still the cheapest in my area. The Manager, Victor, seems to be a nice guy & is very easy to deal with. I had a 10x20 for nearly a year before a single price increase there. Clean, gated, fenced, cameras, nice area.
