This unit is small and does the job perfectly easy inside access, very clean and lights work great so you can see in the evening. Gated and safe accessibility. Thank You for your kindness over the telephone as well.

Had problems the first year with mice, so I had to sort thru all our stuff and move across the street to a bigger storage and when the new company took over it was the best service I had no bugs very clean and nice! Like everyone is saying in their reviews, they need to have a dumpster for people to use moving in or out of the unit, it's a hassle trying to find somewhere to dump stuff you don't want! And I hope people know it's called SPARE-BOX not square box!
ReBecca R.This place is horrible. We have been trying to contact the facility manager, a squarebox manager, and whoever else for almost a week with no repsonse. I have submitted so many tickets trying to get access to my storage. The people who answer the phone are not helpful, I've called at least 30 times. Do not use this place it is horrible and way too. And they are expensive with so many hidden fees. They are so unorganized and unprofessional with poor communication.
lisa winterfeldWhen I filled out the form online I stated that my camper was 30 ft long. When I got to the facility to park my camper the spot that was given to me would barely park an extended oversize van. When I called the number available the groundskeeper was on vacation for the next 2 days, so I was left with no other choice but to park my camper in a spot that was open at that time. I did not hear back from the facility for 2 weeks. There is now a large boat parked in front of my camper so I am unable to pull my camper out unless the boat is moved. The whole experience has been awful. I would not recommend.
Garrett RoyleKC did a wonderful job in helping me get a refund for my last month, since I moved out on the 3rd of the month. Also it was a great experience! My only problem was I wish they had an on site dumpster for there customers. Other then that it was a painless move in store my things and move out an all can be done contactless from your phone or at the Kiosk at the front of the building. Thanks again!!
Jill GrantPaid for my unit, gave me a 4 digit unit when they only have 3 digit unit numbers. Customer Service kept telling me I needed to go to a building that didn't exist. Now I have no unit, no refund and a house full of extra things that I really needed to put in storage.
