We were able to reserve the unit via phone. Upon arrival the office is extremely clean. Courtney was absolutely wonderful and gave exceptional customer service. She answered all questions we had with no issues. Storage unit is clean and exactly what we were wanting. Seamless transaction from start to finish. Definitely recommend!
