Great experience/nice units and facility
When we arrived there was a sign that said " out for lunch- immediate assistance call" I called and Rachel returned immediately to let us into our unit. SUPER EASY and very convenient. Dollys are available...there is 1 flat cart-more would be helpful. Some of the info i received was inaccurate-but to my benefit. I was told no pro-rating, when in fact they DO pro-rate. So i ended up paying partial rental for July. I will pay full rental for Aug, but as long as I am out by the 24th of the month.....Aug will be pro-rated also. I feel the rate is OVER PRICED....but i guess you pay for convenience. Since it's just temporary, we will make it work.
Great facility, better customer service
The facility was extremely secure and clean. It has a unique security system that I have never seen before and I think is very impressive. The customer service was extraordinary and i appreciated the kindness of the employee. He was extremely helpful and knew how to explain everything in a way that was understandable.
Easy process.
Check in was smooth, no complaint's. Price was high but it is in the heart of downtown.

Chrissy was super helpful and quickly found the unit size I was looking for was still available! She gave a tour of the building and explained all in/out details very well. The facility itself is impeccably clean and well kept. There’s free parking for customers at the side entrance and the unit itself was a STEAL for a 10’x5’ unit. If you’re in the downtown area I highly recommend as you absolutely cannot beat the price or location!

Marshall SotoThe facility is very nice—clean, easy to access, secure, and nice restrooms. My only complaints—somebody was running a business out of the first unit right where everybody enters. Sometimes a group of 4 or 5 people would gather there with their storage door open, crowding the area in front of the elevators. Additionally, during the peak of the pandemic, none of them wore masks. This created an awkward and uneasy feeling for me when accessing my unit. My second complaint is likely not unique to Tri-Village—our prices went up at least twice in the brief time we were there. In addition, they initiated a requirement that each customer hold insurance for their unit. If we had not acquired it on our own, they would have provided the insurance and sent me the additional fee. I just don’t like the idea of people getting into a situation where they rely on a storage unit, then get forced into higher and higher payments. In my experience, the storage unit slowly built up and it was not easy to come up with a plan to exit. My inclination is that storage facilities know this, and take advantage of it. Just a gut feeling. I wont be getting another storage unit without a clear plan of exit prior to entering the agreement.
