Helpful, courteous, and competent staff.
When I arrived at Space Shop Self Storage for the first time, I went directly to the office. The manager helped me complete my paperwork and had an employee make sure that the space I am renting was ready. She then accompanied me to verify that my entry code worked and space was clean. There was a cart near the entrance so I was able to load my stuff from my vehicle to the space with no difficulty.

I have a larger unit. Haven’t had any known issues with my unit. Smoke time to pay my unit even when it was late. The fees are hefty if you go into default, however; it turned out good. Pay in time and you won’t have an issue. Great service. New property manager is very helpful and friendly! She made it comfortable paying all those fees because of the help and how courteous she is. Thanks

It’s in a not so great area and at the time of signing the contract the manager didn’t cover the part that they can change your monthly rate anytime they want. Don’t be fooled by their discounted rates because they will just raise them after you have moved your things in. In my case, they doubled our monthly rate which added about $100 extra to our bill.
Melissa Boakyeif i could do 0 start TRUST i would!! How does this place even have 2 stars!! FAKE REVIEWS!! The office people are RUDE!! They just do what they want and make stuff up! Every time i call it’s something else never told the same thing!! I will be looking into further action with this storage company. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE! Now i’m hearing they have roaches???? Oh yeah lemme go get my stuff out!
