Made a reservation online in the evening. Received a call from Sonny the next morning to confirm. Process of renting is extremely easy. Happy that is has 24 hour cameras and a locked gate.

Clean, good price (maybe even great!), extremely friendly, helpful, responsive on-site manager. Only "hitch" so far is interior bay lighting: hall lights are motion activated / timed and no lights in bay. Take a flash! If you forget, it can get very dark in a hurry :) Note: if you get an interior bay, the access to the hall and bay is by standard-width hinged exterior door -- whatever you couldn't get through the front door of your house can't be stored in an interior bay! :) :)
We got into a great unit for our camper & seems very nice.
