Angela FriendI regret I didn't send this compliment sooner. Taicha, is a wonderful person. I'm sure you know this already, but I would love affirm this. A couple of weeks ago, I stopped to look at the u-haul van to move a piano. Believe it or not, as life often is I locked my keys in my vehicle with the vehicle running! Yes, I did. I was so low. My purse with my AAA card were locked safely in my vehicle. I went in told Taicha what had happened. She was so understanding and generous toward me. She loaned me her phone and brought out a chair for me to sit in to wait for the AAA driver. Taicha actually saw driver before I did. She went on working with customers and caring for me at the same time. I appreciate work ethic and kindness to everyone she helped this day. Candice RodgersThe place is super cool except for the man and woman that run the offiice.(I have never seen any other two except for them so I apologize if there are more than 2) They have totally made me feel so uncomfortable while being there to the point that I have to wait until the office is closed just to go there and feel comfortable while being in my unit.

Wexler GauseI made a reservation to move in on Today the 28th. The storage I reserved was now gone because I reserved and didn’t pay up front. I got all my information by email, but I still wasn’t able to pay it.Thanks to Taicha, she was able to get me in a unit. Thanks to her she made it much easier.
