The storage unit is nice.I like the sides.The only thing about it didn't have a lock inside.So one told me there would be a lock inside there for us to lock the gate down.But it wasn't

Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a good secure storage for your camper or trailers. It gated in and out have to use code.which I like and feel safe.
Nice clean unit.
Placing the lock on and off the unit was easy.
The only storage facility i will ever use from this day forth!
Decent prices, security cameras, 24 hour access, space for vehicle storage, good location right off RT 62, friendly & helpful staff was prompt on resolving a issue i had. Easy to setup reservations and rentals online. Upon arrival of my unit, i was impressed with the little gift bag inside the unit which contained a thank you letter and my new lock for the unit. Only bad thing to say is the space in-between units is a little tight so might have problems maneuvering if using big truck Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good storage unit. 5 stars

Rats infested my unit and staff said nothing they can do because I don't have the protection plan, I was never told about a plan just for them to add the plan to my bill without asking me if i wanted it. Theres no point my belongings are already ruined!! and say that I can't file a claim because it's considered insurance fraud. Will never rent here again. Yeah price is good but my stuff has rat pee and poop all over it. This was only 2 and a half weeks of my stuff being in this unit!!
Anthony DottavioI reserved a unit with them and was told it was an indoor unit and come to find out later it was an outdoor parking area. On the web it clearly referred to it as a unit, not a parking space. The gentleman in the phone told me there were walls, a roof, and garage door
Nate DavisI started renting last month The good - the unit size is good, and the price is alright. The staff is great to work with and responds very quickly. I feel that my stuff is safe in my unit as I just store spare car parts. The ok - the inside of my unit has uneven concrete pads. I don’t mind too much but my car I store there is pretty low so it’s not ideal. The bad - the drive into the facility and to my unit isn’t great. The gravel drive has a few deep holes that fill up with a ton of water. On the way way to my unit there’s a pretty long one that gets my vehicle pretty dirty.
Jay MaxwellGreat spot to park the RV. The open parking areas are big and easy to maneuver and get my camper in and out without too much worry.(although some other parking tenants like to park a wee bit too close). In spite of back to back price hikes, the price is still in the realm of reasonable given the other sites in the area. Navigating the whole insurance info and getting info over to management can be a tad annoying at times. The small issues aside, we are pleased with the location!
Renae HostetlerI simply called and asked if there was space available. They call me multiple times a day. I blocked their number but the voicemails still come through. I would have probably rented from them if it wasn't for the harassment. It's very unprofessional.
