We rented a 5x10 storage unit. It was easy to complete the registration and when we went to look at the unit the manager on duty was very helpful. She showed us the unit and gave us a tour of the facilities. It was very clean. When I went the 1st time to put shelving in the unit they had a crew outside picking up leaves and debris. Was really impressed.

The storage facility itself was clean and easy to access. However, the customer service and willingness to accommodate was horrible. My company emptied the storage unit entirely however we left the lock on the unit and even though the lock was unlocked Prime Storage charged us over $300. To make matters worse, this was a mere 10 minutes past the 4pm time it needed to be completed. We had our lock removed at 4:15. A very poor example of a local business willing to work with another local business. We won’t be back and I hope you can teach your general manager the meaning behind making local partners because I’ll need a large amount of storage coming in the near future and I’ll never return to Prime Storage.

The facilities were clean, climate-controlled, and well-maintained. I never had any issues with my unit, and the rates were very reasonable. There was always a cart available to help move my belongings. Jean handled both my sign-up and check-out—she’s the best! If I ever need storage again, I’ll definitely come back here. Bonus points for long hours of operation! I've included a picture of the gate entrance.

Friendly, excellent, service! I spoke to a kiosk as if it was minority report but the manager lady on site was wonderful....she may also have been a hologram but professional none the less.

This facility is one of the cleanest I have ever seen. It is actually climate controlled a/c and heat unlike some other places in town. The staff are professional, friendly, and informative. I could not ask for a better experience
