It was really easy to book my unit online. Shane called me shortly after I booked and he gave me great packing tips and safety information on how to best utilize the space in the unit and keep my things safe. He did great setting expectations and made me feel confident I'm storing my property here at a competitive rate.
Back at again YupI had an amazing experience with Extra Space Storage. Shane helped me over the phone and his customer service was excellent. I had been charged right before moving out the next day, and he took the time to look into it and actually got my money reversed. Super helpful, professional, and made the whole process stress-free. Definitely appreciate the great service!

Marc MichaelsBuyer beware. They’ll give you a good rate and have you pay for four months. Then they will more than double it after. They figure you’ll be too settled in and will simply eat the massive price bump. Two stars because it was nice for four months. Then it felt like a scam. They say they’re reviewing pricing to adjust to “market rates”. If so, why do they still offer the same introductory prices for NEW renters? Why could I get a family member to rent in THEIR name for half of what I’m renting for? Maybe I should and just move my items a couple hundred feet. But we’d just get doubled up again in four months.

They're always kind egar to assist your needs. just about closing on this 28th day of January...The gentleman behind the counter was very pleasant. He was helping a customer when I walked on. Never the less, he greeted me with a genuine smile. He began to assist me while also completing the paperwork for the previous customer. Two additional customers walked in and was greeted promptly as well. There was no major delay in service this visit. This gentleman worked both of the computer stations flawlessly and all customers appeared to be in and out quickly. The facility is well maintained. The grounds are free if trash and debris, not peeling or chipping paint noticed and all unit doors appeared in great condition.
