STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! JUST FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE THESE PEOPLE ARE EXTORTIONISTS AT BEST! Over the course of the years we've had our unit they've raised the price from $50 to over $230 a month. When asked why they told us they're legally required to raise the price continuously, but when we complained they suddenly were able to knock the price down to only $150 instead. Then they immediately put a lien on the unit for being only a few days late and are threatening to auction everything thing off. Even though we've had issues before and they told us they wait a few months before they do that...not this time....this time it's an immediate lien and the payment has managed to magically get back to $200 again. They never answer their phones. The office is almost always empty. This place is predatory and will has taken advantage of my senior citizen mother for years, extorting more and more money out of her for a unit that is literally $100+ cheaper at every other self storage in the city. If I could give negative stars I would. This has literally been the worst experience my family has had with a storage company. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND AT THEIR EARLIEST CONVENIENCE.

The experience i had with the rental office in akron ohio was by far the most effortless and comforting compassionate encounter I have had with any of my moving . Vanessa is with the one on brittain rd i believe and she made everything so comfortable and easy to understand. i had been a little weak that day due to my health issues and sometimes i forget to eat . i am so grateful for how Vanessa treated me and because of how they were with us - it was the beginning of an amazing experience moving that didnt start out quite so amazing . This office goes above and beyond and has proven to be a buisness centered around ethics and values. We are very grateful to get to have all the help and professionalism we get at every moving journey turn from public storage. They are by far the best!
