Very easy to register and appreciated the 2-month reduced rent bonus. Facility convenient and as expected. Glad I chose this company.
After having a jammed slide lock issue, talking to phone rep, and given 72 hour repair wait, being switched to another unit that lock would not open, then trying to unjam old unit, I finally moved in to original unit. I am still not happy with slide lock. It is difficult a align holes correctly so lock will attach.
Move in was easy. I was expecting to have to wait in line or having to deal with a person; I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t realize all I need was to put the gate code in and my lock was already on the unit. 24 hour access. Cant beat it!!!
