Needed to store some household goods belonging to an older parent. Very helpful at the office. Nice set up. Everything was pretty easy. A/C inside storage was nice too since it was pretty hot outside!

This location is by far the best we have worked with and stood out in all areas. We worked with both Jeff Edwards and Josh Reed. From start to finish, they were knowledgeable, professional, and overall phenomenal to work with. The storefront inside is clean, open, and welcoming. They have a broad selection of moving accessories and trucks. The truck we received came with a lock attached, which is something we have had to purchase in the past if we were hoping to lock up our items. The truck was clean, in good shape, and ready to go on time. They offered flexibility on the return if we needed to extend our rental time. I cannot recommend this place enough for their customer service and truck rentals. We will absolutely be utilizing them the next time we are set to move or need a truck rental to move items.

Mz. DeeFirst time using this location for U-Haul rentals and it was a very pleasant and seamless experience. Normally, I use the Scotts Hill location, but I must say that this location on Gordon Road is just as awesome. Jeff was in the office when I arrived to pick up my truck and he was very nice, accommodating and explained everything thoroughly. One thing I can say about pinnacle as a whole so far, they are top notch, and their buildings are always so clean and inviting. I definitely recommend!
