This by far was the most easiest experience that I’ve had with a storage facility.. I was a bit nervous. Having to complete the process online was new to me,however everything went smoothly. I received a call from. Ms Krissy, And she was beyond helpful, pleasant and kind. Very eager to assist, she gave me a tour of the property and explained to me the process.The facility is very clean. They also provide moving carts to assist in moving boxes from the moving truck to the unit which I found very helpful. Bathrooms are also clean. I feel that my belongings are very safe. Ms Krissy kept in constant contact and made herself available. I appreciate her support! Thanks so much!
Jg AponteThe best storage center I've found in the entire Spring Lake, Fayetteville, Sanford, and Broadway area. SUPER CLEAN inside and out. Even the air you breathe feels clean. I'm allergic to mold, and in other storage facilities I've been to, I've felt terrible because they were all infected with mold. Here, I can breathe easily and even stay as long as I want working inside my unit. I feel so comfortable storing my things here that I left for a while and missed it, so I had to come back. And the staff are SUPER friendly, especially Katie. I recommend this storage facility 100% if you really want to take care of your things.
