Absolutely horrible. Do not rent from them me and my mother have a unit with them. I had the smallest temperature controlled one started off with 60 something a month now they’re charging me 130. They just keep going up and up and up. They do whatever they want they don’t care they have no explanation for anything and do not tell you or communicate ! Horrible I’ll be making sure to take out our units Please let everyone know it’s a scam
Ashley EisenhartMy unit got infested with roaches and mice and ruined everything I had. I received $500 for it (which I had much, much more than that of items) with no empathy or recognition. The support was awful. Nobody had any empathy, and I quote was “forgot about”: My kids Christmas presents, toys, favorite teddy bears are gone. I didn’t want to rewrite my review and at the end of the day it is just stuff, but I’m just very disappointed.
