My boyfriend and I decided to rent a unit in this facility about 10 months ago. Since you cannot put two names on the paperwork, we used his name. One of the main reasons we chose this facility was because it advertised the 24/7 access policy. They never held true to that promise. I attempted to gain entry into the gates one night to put some of my belongings in my unit and of course couldn't get in because they lock you out after, what was then 10:00pm. Which wasn't advertised on their website in their agreement. After speaking with multiple people on the phone and ultimately having to get ugly with them for them to abide by their own policy, they allowed me to access my unit. Shortly after that incident, I saw they changed their access hours to 9:00pm. However, after seeing a review on Google that, once again, clearly stated they were committed to their units being a convenient option for their customers, and had no problem allowing gate access after-hours, as long as the customer had prior approval. I loaded up my vehicle with a bunch of items I needed to put into storage, and I was just 10 minutes past the 9:00pm cutoff. I attempted to call the call center multiple times before I arrived. No answer. For either number. I left messages, I even e-mailed them. They did respond to e-mail, which I didn't see until an hour later. They didn't decide to call me back until after 11:00pm. Which they proceeded to tell me they wouldn't unlock the gate for me to access the unit I pay for. Once again, not following through with the claims they promise their customers online. Their policies and promises obviously mean nothing when it's time for them to adhere to them. The exact reasons we rented from this place are the ones they aren't giving us! The problem I have with this facility, is the fact that they don't mind taking my payment over the phone after hours, but cannot take 15 minutes out of their time to allow me entry to my own belongings, which I pay for ON TIME, every month. Now I have to go unload a car full of stuff in 90 degree weather because they don't want to allow me to access my unit when the heat has cooled off substantially, which being that it's summer time, is a little after 9pm. If anyone reading this is considering renting from this facility, I advise you to reconsider. It's been one headache after another with this place.

We had to rent a unit due to the closing on our house being pushed a week later. Everyone we spoke to was polite, friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and the size we needed. I love that you can rent online.
I had unit for years got behind a time or two over the years but always cought payment up but then a couple of years ago I was behind yet again an when I went to make a payment I was told that the original owners sold the place an I couldn't find out how to make a payment or who to make a payment to so I lost a 10×10 unit slap full of things some irreplaceable an it hurts every day that I lost my belongings all because someone sold out an I wasn't informed of who what or where to go to make payments anymore
Only complaint I have is the fact that you can't get in the gate after 9pm..you should have 24/7 access to yout storage building!!!
