This storage facility is very clean! The elevator in front is very large. I like that in the front of the building, I can just walk into the facility. There are no steps. The back of the facility does have steps to enter and may be harder for someone with mobility issues. I love the remote access and that their are restrooms on site. The location is in a safe area. Last year I moved and now have my unit here and one where I moved to. Let me say that this location is superior. I'm not happy at all with the one I found closer to my new home. I do wish the prices were good for at least a year before going up. Other than that, I do like this facility.

She emailed me prior to move I. With all of my documents, including a map of the facility so I could easily locate my unit. The best part was walking in and her welcoming me by name.
