I have picked this facility over other businesses in the area twice for I truly loved their Excellent Customer Service. Manager, Katrina Adams is a wonderful personable lady - polite, honest & hardworking - a rare trait for a storage facility front desk staff. She gets to know her customers well and assists them to best of her ability to ensure customer satisfaction is retained. Despite being busy at her desk with incoming calls or trainings, she doesn't make her clients feel rushed whether current or new ones. I have observed that she always responds to any situation with calmness and maturity towards all and even deescalates calmly before a situation goes out of control with an irate customer even while attending to another customer at same time. She is a real asset to the storage company and surely deserves a raise! May she continue to make a positive mark on our community with her sincere service & good vibes. May God bless her and her family!
