I can't say enough good things about Rosslyn. She is both professional while also personal and extremely helpful! One of the things I like least about Midgard is that calls from and to are often from off site customer service reps who do not know the location and specifics of the storage facility. It can be frustrating dealing with someone who does not know the "territory." Customer service, as a company is lacking. Technology has taken over and is is not a good replacement! Rosslyn knows the facility, the area..she is local. And she treats those of us who rent as neighbors. She is an asset to all, the facility and the customers served. My 5 stars are for Rosslyn, the facility would get 3 stars.
