This was q great experience for my first time needing a storage.

Starting my reservation was simple an quick. I am very pleased with the service I received at AAA and will be sure to recommend to everyone I know. I've used 2 other Self-storage locations in the area and this has probably been the best experience thus far, especially the customer service and the cleanliness of the Storage unit both indoor and outdoor. It is very noticeable this location cares about its appearance and works hard in maintaining a neat and clean unit for their customers. I'm more than pleased. Thank you.

Setup a Unit Over the Phone. Jodi was extremely helpful and easy to work with she helped me decide if i needed a climate or non climate and what size unit would be the best fit for the amount and size of the items I wanted to store. Was Quick and easy took no more than 20 minutes. Great service 10/10
Z XI have been a customer since this facility first opened. Have paid AAA at this location at least $8,000 in almost 4 yrs. Always paid. Very good customer. Also have paid them at another facility for almost 2 years. Always paid. About $4000.00 there. After giving them a good review praising their facility over others, the thanks I get is to raise my fee a second time in a year! They should be giving me a discount and thanking me for being a good longtime customer. I am surprised at this after just talking with executive management about how I moved from B Safe because of their constant rate hikes to a second AAA location. They should be ashamed, that is bad business practice. Way to treat your loyal customer, way to Go! AAA has made almost $12,000.00 from me!

She displays genuine concern and devotion to the customer. She is very pleasant and more than eager to make certain you are satisfied. The facility is very clean, easily accessible and well maintained.
YanHad the best experience ever. Jennifer at the desk was the most helpful person ever. We moved our things crossed county from Seattle and after five days of driving we were so happy to get our things into storage. We had a mattress we couldn't get rid of, we tried goodwill and the dump but wasn't able to get ride of it and she was able to help us get rid of it. I would definitely recommend storing your things here.
