This is just simple storage, not climate controlled. But it offers me what I need and is very affordable. It's fenced in, and only those with the combination to the main gate's padlock can enter. They do not have a key to your unit, but do sell padlocks in their office if needed. They do offer a variety of different size units, so there's one there for your needs. It's pretty clear, concise, and straight forward.
