Our experience started with the Manager on the phone, she took time to explain everything and answered all of our questions. The customer service w was great; Tesha was very professional. I was amazed at how clean the facility was inside and having an elevator was nice too. The exterior was clean and well kept. I would recommend this facility 100%
I haven't needed to use a storage facility in 25 years. This experience was super easy, the gentleman working on Jan. 8th was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. The facility was super close and I felt safe walking to my unit on the 2nd floor. He even recommended making a small purchase which reduced the cost of the lock I needed for the unit. I look forward to a continued great experience with Life Storage.
