The staff here are extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The pricing is competitive. And facilities are always clean and well lit. A nice bonus of free truck rental when you move in (just pay for mileage and gas).

Chantal High-SantellanoVery disappointing customer service I called two weeks before choosing them and asked them about using their moving truck. I specifically asked if we could use it when we move out and the lady on the phone said yes. Just schedule it when you move in which two weeks before. We reserved it paid and THEN they said oh you can’t use the truck when you move out only when you move in When I called back to find out why they now said we can’t use it she didn’t really care that she messed up. She sorry and hung up We paid more money to use a truck that we now can’t use and no one cares. It’s sad to see people behave like this
