I had the storage unit for about 4 or 5 months, there was an increase w/o me being notified or aware, I did call the office and Spoke to Stephanie in which was very nice and very professional, she did assist with hearing my complaint and worked on assisting, I was helped and very satisfied with the end result of the call..
