From the paperwork to move in , the process was easy. The storage facility was very clean and easy to maneuver around. I would recommend and use this facility again. Didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t give military discount or the first month off that was advertised didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t apply on unit.

This location was the closest to my home. Great customer service. They call to confirm your reservation as well as follow up. My initial rate changed when I changed my move-in date although when I asked would it remain the same, I was told yes. That was not the case. There was a $17 increase. Not too bad but, not what I was expecting walking in to fill out my paperwork. I also feel like insurance information/pricing should be listed on the website. I was definitely not expecting my monthly rate to increase as well as an additional insurance fee being added. The service representative did a great job going through the terms and conditions and answered any questions that I had. I feel as though my items are secure. I know that they walk around to check the units because I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t lock mine properly and they called to inform me. I do wish that the facility was accessible up to midnight instead of 10pm after hours. But, I also understand how that may be a risk. All in all I am satisfied. Process was quick and easy.

I only used the space for 24 hours and got no money returned - even though roration is advertised. I would tell anyone that asks to find an alternate space to use. The building is new, the facility is not well-kept. Customers leave trash and it isn't removed in a timely manner. There was glass on the pavement where I parked my car to unload and explore the space. A day later it was still there. The storage space I was given was less than 8 feet as a huge air duct consumed a part of the space. The hallway entrance to my very last space on the wing was dark and potentially unsafe to cart materials there at any time other than the middle of the day. Take me off your mailing list or I will work to submit my feedback in a more public way.
