Amazing facility
I am so happy to have my unit, the price was fair, the facility is run awesomely, but the best part is the staff, I am overwhelmed by how the staff at this location is so real, knowledable and willing to help get the job done from beginning to end. This made it all the better. The location. Is prime near the highway and grocery, walgreens, are only a short drive away. Thank you all for what you do God Bless Your days..

Great in person customer service
We reserved/rented unit online which forces you into bundled packages. So glad to have Talia, the on-site manager, straighten everything out. She was a pleasure to work with — knowledge, professional, and courteous.
Better location. Better price. Wide doors for easier access to each space.
We moved from another location that had doubled their price in less than two years! This facility's location on NC-55 allows for quicker access. We rented an 8x5 space that had doors 6 feet wide. We were able to stack our possessions in a unit that was 2 feet shorter than the previous location. Overall this is a considerably better deal!

Prasad NaikRent was increased by almost 100% over 1 year we have been with them. We were at $300 and now we are paying $ 588 monthly. Just terrible how small businesses get exploited by Public Storage. I know this will be going deaf ears as these is a large public company but atleast by sharing our experience, we want to warn that public storage is not great for businesses. We have tried to even call the customer service and none picks up the call or even return our messages. So basically they have none at the front desk to service so they seem to be profiting from increasing the price and not having any staff

What a great scam they have running, wait until people get all of their things moved-in and stored before increasing the rent by 33%, because after all, who's going to want to move twice? Buyer beware, get a locked-in price for a minimum of 6 months if you're looking for long-term storage.

She's very knowledgeable about the units and happy to see her face at the front desk! I also like that the units really are climate controlled. Humidity is kept at good levels.
