Deanna HodgesThis place is filthy, I was in Texas when I rented my unit, had I toured this place for the price I would have told them to kick rocks. I have emailed about bug issues and had to bomb my own storage unit and I also treated the outside of my until as well. The other day on May 26th around 2:50 pm, I was followed into the storage unit by a van, when I called the office the lady told me no code had been pushed in for 10 whole minutes after my arrival when I called to report this to the office, yet this van sat directly behind me with two men in the front just sitting and watching me waiting for me to get out only moments after my arrival. I booked it out of there even though I had my pew pew. The lady said she would have management review the tapes and let me know where the van was a customer or if they left when I booked it out of there and they never got back to me. I should have filed a police report but I thought this place took their customer safety seriously. I guess not. I CAN NOT WAIT TO GET MY STUFF OUT OF THIS PLACE!
