Storage is safe and clean. However billing system changes have caused some frustration related to autopay that is being drafted but not applied (per their records.) due to use of a 3rd party customer service agency’s I have been unable to speak with anyone who is actually at the facility which makes matters worse.
B TIt’s not climate controlled removing my stuff Asap they say it’s programmed and it’s not you can feel it whenever you go into your storage unit also I had a few people say they have pest problems there as well that’s why they removed their stuff from this store facility would not recommend.
