The units are also monitored by surveillance 24/7. The process was painless as possible, with it all being contactless engagement. At the time of my rental, it was during a promotion. Which I received a lock and 2 months of rental payments reduced. I recommend 10 Federal Storage Units for your storage unit solutions!

Do not rent form this place!!! 🚨‼️ Me and my boyfriends unit got robbed as well as my sisters unit nobody cares to answer the phone to help get to the bottom of what happened the cops can’t get ahold of the owners this places does not care to catch or help with this situation if you have a unit here you need to go check and make sure your things are still there they would take everything out of the boxes and leave the boxes please don’t risk bringing your things here‼️‼️ cherry on top of all this they also have RATS!!! rat poop/pee all over what i have left and rats ate me and my boyfriends hight school diplomas 👍🏻

RENT at your own risk!!!!. Our family had well over $10,000 in things stolen from this facility between 2 different units, and that is just what we know off at the moment. There was everything from all of our shoes and clothes to irreplaceable letter and pictures taken from us. There were no locks broken! The thieves were able to get inside the facility and access the code to my lock by calling a number and telling the operator on the other line my unit number and getting the code to my lock. No verification required at all. The icing on the cake for all of this, is what we had left was covered in rat pee and feces. The rats even went as far as eating both me and my gf high school diploma. All we got back in return from 10 Federal was $1000 for our rent. That is all. Absolutely unacceptable for a storage facility to be so negligent with peoples property while they are being paid to keep it safe.

Do not rent here! My daughters have two separate storage units and both were robbed! My oldest daughter’s wedding dress, her father’s class ring who passed away, all of her shoes, purses, luggage etc. my other daughter all of her clothes all her new kitchen appliance. Police came and it’s definitely an inside job. We’ve all called and no answer or call back. My son in law has contacted a lawyer and we’ve reached out to the news stations. Says 24/7 security cameras but that’s a lie.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Multiple robberies across locations and not willing to work with local police. Negligence in the 24/7 security as advertised of the units (cameras are always supposedly broken when the police are asking for footage), cleanliness is not as advertised- things are covered in rat feces and urine. My son’s unit and another family member was robbed and nearly everything is gone including personal identity information. NO ONE from the facility is able to be contacted and after 3 messages in the same day- still no call back- even to the police!
