Best storage experience.
Nice set up, clean 24 hrs access painless setup and move in. Truly appreciate there little time it took to set up and access storage.
Very reasonable in price, clean and safe
Needed a storage unit for just a couple of months and of course as it turned out used it for 18 months. Amanda was extremely helpful anytime I had a question. Would use this place again in a minute.
Very responsive, great process, clean facility
I picked this place based on price. I don't feel like I had to compromise in any way related to quality. There is no on-site office, but they got me in within an hour over the phone. There are big spaces available for boats and then standard climate-controlled units as well.

Dody SheremetaThe manager, Amanda is wonderful to work with, the facility at New Bern is easily accessed and we were able to get our travel trailer inside our unit with just a tiny bit of overhead space left above it! I did place a half dozen dryer sheets inside the unit as there were some cracks that a rodent could get in through and that seemed to work because we had no issues inside our trailer. We stored there for 6 months and hope to come back. I only gave this facility a 4 star because every time we came to pick up the trailer there were large screws or nails right in front of our unit that we could have had tire problems with if we hadn't looked around.
