Awesome, Easy-Access Facility
I would definitely recommend using this storage facility over others in Yorktown Heights. The sign up was easy, quick, and sufficient through their website - I received a phone call within an hour confirming my reservation. The move in process was swift and easy - the employee was kind and explained everything, walked me to my unit and I was able to move my things in immediately. I was a little nervous having a basement level unit, but the elevator is spacious and quick, and the route is easy. They supply dollys and means to bring down heavier furniture/items. It's temperature regulated, so it was nice and cool, even on a hot July day. They also were offering first month free, which is so helpful!

Clean, affordable and friendly staff. What else you need? Have a storage for years with them and even my daughter had one. Always a pleasure to speak with the staff and customer service always was excellent. The place was always immaculate . Not even a tiny piece of paper on the floor. I move out after almost 8 years because I bought a house so I don’t need it.
Lisa KohlTotally disorganized. Received email today stating if I’m ready to move in when I actually moved in yesterday. No staff onsite, just a portal whereby you call to speak with a live representative. Problem is, it was 10 degrees outside and you are standing outside freezing. Had to call 4 different times before I could actually get access. I totally understand about cutting corners and trying to save money, but it’s unfair to a new customer to have to stress out trying to locate the actual storage room to finally finding it and discovering there is another lock on it… back downstairs for another call in the freezing weather. Just not good business. People need jobs, give someone a job to help your new customers and maybe you will get more new customers!!
Sarah DeMartinoClyde was great at answering all my questions and being very patient throughout the whole process of securing a unit that would best suit my needs. There was a lot of back and forth due to it needing approval from my corporate office and Clyde understood and followed up in a timely manner. I’m very excited to move the stuff out of my garage so I can utilize my garage for the winter. Also - very close to UPS and the post office.
Bonnie MinchThe manager, John, was very helpful and a wonderfully likable person. He made my husband and me feel comfortable using the facility. The premises were clean and easy to maneuver our belongings into the available unit. There are dollies for use and also an elevator.
