If you are looking for a storage unit, go there and ask for Nicole. I’m not saying no one else is great, but she is truly the reason I walked out confident and booked my unit. She is also the reason I recommended this location to someone else who was inquiring today. I originally went to another Public Storage just to ask for information and was sent back to this location. I’ll be honest, I wasn’t really feeling it at first, as I’m very big on warm, genuine customer service. The moment I met Nicole, everything changed. Nicole was on it from the start. She provided detailed information, listened carefully to my preferences, and walked me through multiple unit options. When I was unsure and almost ready to say no, she showed me another option that ended up being perfect. She explained pricing clearly (quick tip: online pricing is more reasonable than in person) and guided me through everything where to go in the building, how to check in, and even where the moving truck could park. Because of her, I was completely sold. Nicole if no one else at the company celebrates you, I celebrate you today!!! You are the reason Public Storage got a customer today!!! You are amazing. A storage place could look scary and creepy but shoutout to Nicole for making me feel welcomed the moment I stepped into the office.
