Worst place ever! Way too expensive, and I moved out 5days after my month payment, the following month they had me pay again! Even though I was moved out because I left one empty box big enough for like Amazon pillow. They said they were gonna wave the fee cuz it’s been 1day but since they saw the empty box I needed to pay them AND come fill out a move out form. So I moved out, paid twice and they were terribly rude and unaccomidating, please spread the word and I paid $113 on a unit that costs 76$ at K.o. Storage, plus they give a free moving truck….ups is the worst get the word out.

I normally do not write reviews and this place does not even deserve one star I went there today to take all my items out of my storage unit with all the craziness of trying to move I'm sure you all know where I'm going with this I left my key in the car that I parked so I could take a truck to withdraw my items this place charged me $75 to cut my lock off my own storage unit that I Faithfully paid them for the last 2 years my friend who has her stuff in storage a mile down the road left her key home she could have went home and gotten it I live an hour and a half away they charged her $15 to cut it off and gave her a new lock I was outraged I wonder if this happened to anybody else yes I was foolish for forgetting my key but $75 to cut my lock off something's wrong here

First of all let me say I never write reviews, much less bad reviews of places. It is not in my character, but this still bothers me a year later so I feel compelled to stand up for myself in some way, as I wish I had at the time. Last year l was there helping my mother in law move her things out of there when I was confronted by a woman who worked there because my car was parked in a bad spot. I wasn’t the only car there when I had parked so I didn’t realize, and it was no trouble to go move it, but this woman was so rude. Like, not only bad customer service, but like bad way to treat another human being she was basically yelling at me immediately instead of just treating me with basic human decency. Sorry but I would not be going there again.

Warning, do not store clothing here. Had several boxes of clothes in the unit for ~3 months during summer months, some boxes were moist towards the bottom which resulted in mold growing on clothes. We did not realize this until we unpacked 2 days later. At that point we signed a release form so the location takes no responsibility. Very difficult to deal with.

As a Wappingers Falls NY resident there are several options within a few miles radius for self storage, after speaking with all of them, the staff, pricing and facilities here were the only choice! Thank you for the great experience!
