Manager was helpful at every opportunity, ending with staying a bit past closing to get me settled
After experiencing loosing my possessions in a fire I needed a break from all the paperwork and running around. I went to the Tuckahoe storage and was treated with kindness, patience and respect for my troubles. Errol took care of me and went out of his way to be helpful. I was so happy to see him come up again to help me find my way. He heard me pushing my cart from downstairs and knew I was going down the wrong aisle. He kindly came to my rescue. I was very appreciative for his concern. Thank you again Errol.
Customer service was excellent. The facility was well maintained, offered plenty of packing options, secure and the unit was clean.
