Pros: Convenient location near rts 87 and 9. Price is modest for space available. Cons: Blind entrance, gate is broken and always open, they do NOT remove snow in front of units making them hard to access even days after a storm. The snow not being removed to an acceptable point is my main issue. The gate and blind driveway aren't too bad. I would recommend other locations ad this one seems to be understaffed or just not maintained very well.
shy cHighly recommended this is my second experience with Extra space storage and I must say its amazing AGAIN. Cameron was the most polite, well spoken and super knowledgeable person . He made it easy and definitely made it happen efficiently. Its never been so easy to rent space and the unit simply amazing ! Super clean not dusty no cobwebs nothing at all just clean. Its been a awesome experience and will surely use them again. Thank you for everything!
Lucas SconzoI’m really glad to have found Extra Space Storage: the facilities are clean, modern, and easy to navigate; my unit was perfectly clean when I arrived; the use of the app made getting into the facility easy and convenient; and, most importantly, Cameron in the main office was friendly and helpful when I called him on the phone prior to move-in. Highly recommended!

RobberbillyI really want to give this place 1 star, but I don't read a lot of 1 star reviews as so many are due to issues the seller can not control or they are just made by angry people. Please read on if you want to rent space here. If you have been a long-term renter of space at this site, you will know how much they have increased their price over the years. In March 2023 we were paying $66 for one unit. That was increased to $91 in August 2023, $105 in April 2024, $116 in January 2025 and the latest insult is the largest increase to $147 in September 2025. That is an increase of 123% over 30 months. So beware and make sure you can afford this place. Also note that for most of last winter the gate protecting the place was left open or broken open and not fixed for months. A great way to run a business if you want to make money without spending much. They have a captive audience (don't want to rent a truck and get friends help to move your items).
