Earl answered all our questions pertaining to the move and he even stayed back a couple minutes allowing us to get the last few items in the unit before close!
Earl called me about 5 minutes after submitting the request online to reserve the storage unit, he was very professional over the phone and when my husband and I went to see the unit we met him in person and he was a gentleman, perfect customer service, friendly.
This place is great friendly staff and very helpful very clean place they have huge carts which make transferring and hauling your stuff very easy even though my unit was on the 4th floor I was able to get everything in there with ease. This is a very nice place
